Welcome to Live in Ease Massage Therapy with Sadie Lewis L.M.T. I aspire to take the load off your shoulders and create ease in your life. Through therapeutic massage and bodywork, I aspire to facilitate the healing process of my clients through the enhancement of health and well-being. With a pure heart and intention, I find customizable approaches for each individual. I strive to give back to the community through educating my peers and expanding awareness of the body. No one has to be in pain, every body deserves to thrive. To me being a massage therapist is not a job, it is a mutual beneficial exchange. Two people holding space for the body to regain homeostasis (balance). You can choose to live in ease, and I would be happy to be a part of your journey.

I was born and raised in St. Clair, MI. My passion for pursuing Massage Therapy as a career began after years of pondering how I could serve my fellow community members and help make a difference. I have found that simply holding space for a person who is feeling out of balance or in discomfort can cause a huge shift in his/her energy and body. In turn, causing a person to feel more peaceful and motivated.

I completed the 720 Hour Massage Therapy Program at the Colorado School of Healing Arts in Lakewood, Colorado in June of 2019. My training entailed Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapies aka Medical Massage, along with Sports Massage and rehabilitation of injuries/post surgery clients. Working hundreds of hours with practice clients, all experiencing numerous pathologies and injuries, I learned to create a customized session for just about anyone that walks into my treatment room.
2019-2020 consisted of starting my mobile massage practice in the beautiful San Luis Valley of Colorado, where I was fortunate to work with a variety of people and had a great deal of success helping my clients feel at ease in his/her body. I found treating clients out of their own homes let them skip the stress of driving home and really allowed them to receive the maximum benefits of the massage by going into an immediate state of rest. I have continued my education learning Scar Tissue Therapy, Cupping or (Decompression) Therapy, Prenatal Massage, and have plans to expand my toolbelt over the next year.
I was blessed to marry my significant other in February 2020 and after years of adventuring in Colorado we decided to move back to Michigan to be closer to my family as we begin to grow a family of our own. We have relocated to the beautiful area of Marquette County and I am so excited to give back to this community. Connection and union are such an important aspect in my life. I aspire to help care for one another and care for the Earth, fore she is our Mother and we are an extension of her beauty. Every body deserves to thrive.
